Carl is the Owner of Limitless Health and Wellness.
He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and has been training clients of all ages and abilities since 2012. He has a wide variety of athletic experience including martial arts, track, football, competitive weightlifting, and recently completed 2 half marathons—including the 2022 Philly Half. Carl’s education includes training in Mobility, Strength, Flexibility, and Weight Loss. From his broad education and experience, he is able to provide a unique fitness program to each client, regardless of background or ability.
Carl opened Limitless Health and Wellness to provide athletes of all skill levels a place to reach their goals in a positive and comfortable environment.
Eric, the head personal trainer of Limitless Health and Wellness, has an extensive background in Martial Arts.
Eric grew up in Ohio playing sports his whole life. It naturally led him to the fitness world. His 7 years experience in Personal/ Group training environments and 5 years of Small Club Management exposed him to a broad spectrum of clients from all ages/backgrounds.
He firmly believes the closer attention a client receives the faster the results. 1-on-1 training is his sure fire way to tailor a program for your specific goals. Be ready to test your strength—mentally and physically—while learning efficient diet and stress management practices.
Jessica is a NASM certified personal trainer and Registered Respiratory Therapist. Jess spent 16 years in the hospital setting providing patient care and helping those patients set and achieve their own recovery goals. Her passion for movement, exercise, and personal health began through her love for athletics as a swimmer, field hockey and lacrosse player. She learned early in life the importance of personal health and fitness.
Jess took a step back from her career in Respiratory Therapy after suffering a wrist injury, which required surgery. Her recovery goals included occupational therapy and a drive to continue in her own fitness journey through personal exercise. Knowing she would need guidance and support to properly work out post-surgery, Jess began her relationship with Limitless Health and Wellness.
Through her own personal training time she realized her love to help others reach their health and fitness goals can be achieved as a personal trainer and wellness coach.
Nick Manzoni has been in the Health and Wellness industry for over 18 years. His practical background includes attending Widener University for Nursing and acquired multiple certifications through American Aerobic Association International and most recently Personal Trainer Certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Nick has had the opportunity to work with clients within a vast spectrum of physical and mental capabilities through Magee Rehabilitation's wellness center program as well as internships with Premier Orthopedic. This opportunity lead him to be taught by top- ranked Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists in dealing with high-level spinal injuries. Though his passion falls under corrective exercise and stretching protocol; he excels in body re-composition training. Exceptional knowledge and practical experience in TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, and mobility training: Nick has the tools, experience, and the drive to help you meet and exceed your goals!
Jess is an ACE certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience. She has experience in coaching individuals of all ages in various stages of their fitness journeys.
Jess has always been an athlete participating in various sports, such as soccer, softball and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. While playing soccer at The University of Akron, Jess received her Masters of Social Work.
Jess’s experience as a social worker, coach and trainer provide a well rounded and client focused approach to each personal training session.
Meghan has a long passion for fitness and movement. She is AAAI certified and has been working with clients since 2017. She loves team sports and is an avid runner. Through her years of running she began to understand the importance of efficiently training the full body to prevent injury and develop a stronger athlete. This passion is what led her to become a personal trainer. She enjoys working with all levels of fitness by personalizing workouts to meet goals and condition clients for the sport they love, whether that be running, skiing, hiking, or swimming. Meghan focuses on the mobility that is needed for everyday activities and to perform your sport. She is a firm believer in sustainable workouts that promote a healthy lifestyle.
Tunde graduated cum laude from East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Exercise Science, while playing 3 years of Division II Men’s soccer at ESU. Tunde specializes in therapeutic exercise, functional fitness, mobility, resistance training, strength & conditioning and sports & performance enhancement.
Tunde is passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential. He is dedicated to improving himself so he can better help others. Tunde has furthered his education including the following:
* International Sports Science Association (ISSA) certifications include: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutritionist
* National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certifications are Performance Enhancement Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer.
* National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT): Certified Strength Training Specialist
Tunde comes with unique experience as a former physical therapy technician at Mishock Physical Therapy, where he assisted the lead clinician with therapeutic exercises for groups and individuals. Tunde has also coaches high school varsity boys’ soccer and varsity co-ed track & field, focusing on pole vaulters. He is proud to have seen these teams win league, conference and state championships.
Tunde’s scientific training, education and passion has given him the tools to help footballers or any athlete achieve their goals.
Meet Coach CJ, a Delco native, single parent to three of his young siblings, and seasoned personal trainer with a passion for shaping, and mentoring athletes aged 11 through the college level and beyond. Specializing in speed, explosiveness, agility, strength, stability, and multi-sport specific training, Coach CJ brings a wealth of experience to the table. With a background as a youth football and basketball coach, he also boasts an impressive 16-year football career. He played at NCAA Division 2 Indiana University of Pennsylvania (aka IUP), Junior College at Valley Forge Military College, and graduated as a scholarship football player at NCAA Division 2 University of New Haven, where he and the New Haven Chargers made multiple runs in the national playoffs. His career was predominantly spent as a Defensive Back, Receiver, and Return Specialist, but he has expertise in football beyond those position groups. Beyond football, Coach CJ's versatility shines through as a former Rugby player at the University of New Haven and a skilled Golden Glove Boxer. His dedication to athletic development, youth mentoring, and diverse sporting experiences make Coach CJ a standout figure in the world of athletic training. Donna is a certified swim angelfish and has an IBCEES certification. These certifications have allowed her to make a difference in the lives of countless individuals teaching on how to be safe and swim independently. She is also certified in WSI.
Donna works with clients of all ages and levels. Be ready for an engaging and fun session while also learning the steps to becoming an efficient swimmer.
In conclusion, Donna is grateful for the life she has lived thus far and excited about what the future holds.
