Swim Lessons

Limitless offers weekly private and semiprivate swim lessons for children (ages 3+), teens and adults of any experience level. Our 30-minute sessions are tailored to your pace, ability and goals. So whether you need to learn the basics or want to hone your stroke technique, we can help you! We offer swim lessons seven days a week, with morning, afternoon and evening slots available.


Kickboxing Conditioning

Eric will lead you through a dynamic 60 minutes of Kickboxing and Muy Thai techniques, conditioning your body to meet the physical demands of a combat sport, without the hard knocks of a real opponent. In a typical session expect an aerobic warm up, 3 rounds to learn techniques on wall pads, 5 rounds of drills to practice what you learned, and a cool down to finish off. All levels welcome and all-out effort expected!

Mobility is a foundation of health. Enjoy a 25 minute or 1 hour long assisted stretch session designed to help you prevent pain and injury and help you move more efficiently. Each session will target what your body needs to help achieve your mobility goals.

Exercising is the easy part. Learning how to have a positive relationship with food is a must. Receive face to face nutrition help to assist you in your pursuit of health.
